CORAM : SUNIL B. SHUKRE & PUSHPA V. GANEDIWALA, JJ.

MARCH 19, 2019.

Heard Shri P.B. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.P. Deshpande, learned Additional GP for the respondents.

We have seen from the communication dated 05.12.2018 (page 32) that the decision has been taken by the Education Officer and according to us, while taking decision, delay has also been explained. In our opinion, substantial compliance with the direction given by this Court on 04.06.2018 in Writ Petition No. 2952 of 2018, has been made.

Hence, we find no substance in this contempt petition. It stands summarily dismissed. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
