By this application, applicant is seeking modification of the order passed by this Court (Coram: G.A. Sanap, J) dated 18.10.2023.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and averments made in the application, I pass following order :

ORDER

Application is allowed. The bail order dated 18.10.2023 passed by this Court (Coram: G.A. Sanap, J.) is modified as under:

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant - Mukim @ Mukimoddin Rafikoddin be released on bail in Crime No.540 of 2021, registered at Pusad Gramin Police Station, Yavatmal on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with solvent surety in the like amount before the trial Court.

(iii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

(iv) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

(v) The applicant shall co-operate the learned trial Judge in the conduct of the trial. 5.

The criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
