The petitioners' seek declaration that they come within the definition of registered medical practitioner and entitled to practice Allopathic Medicine by virtue of their degrees and registration issued under the Bihar Development of Ayurvedic and Unani System of Medicine Act, 1951.

The respondents have chosen not to file return in the matter till this date.

Mr. A. B. Badar, learned A.P.P. seeks time.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.1 to file their return in any case within a period of three weeks from today.
