Heard.

The applicant is arrested on 20th May, 2018 in connection with Crime No.207/2018 registered by the non-applicant against two accused (including the applicant) for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is registered on the complaint lodged by the mother of victim.

According to the investigating agency, within four months of love marriage between the applicant and deceased, the deceased committed suicide because of harassment and torture at the hands of the accused. The incident took place in the house of the applicant. In the facts of the case, I am not inclined to

The Sessions Court is directed to expedite the trial and complete it within six months.
