The applicants/Claimants have filed this application for condonation of delay of 188 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 13.12.2018 in M.A.C.P. No.509 of 2012.

The respondents despite service remained absent.

As such, considering the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application stands allowed and the delay is hereby condoned, subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Registry of this Court within two weeks, for utilization of the High Court Dispensary.

It is made clear that the applicants/Claimants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.
