On 04.01.2023, this Court passed the following order:

"Learned counsel for the applicant has invited my attention to the order dated 23.03.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Application (ABA) No. 94/2022. He submits that the co-accused, who has allegedly played similar role, has been granted anticipatory bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time to comment upon the said situation."

Learned A.P.P. submits that he has obtained the instructions. He submits that the applicant is similarly placed. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in Criminal Application (ABA) No. 94/2022, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest in Crime No.578/2020 registered with Police Station, Malegaon, District Washim, for

(2) aba856.22 an offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 406, 465, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant-Sonal Baliram Ingle, be released on bail on he furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall, at the time of execution of bond, furnish his address and telephone/mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer and to the Court concerned and shall not change the residence till the final disposal of the case. (iv) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any witness acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or any Police Officer. (v) The applicant shall not obstruct or hamper the police investigation and shall not play mischief with the evidence collected or yet to be collected by the Police. (vi) The applicant shall maintain law and order.

(vii) The applicant shall regularly attend the court and co-operate the learned trial court to complete the trial for the above offence.

The application is disposed of.
