DATE : 2.12.2015 This is an application filed by the respondent no.4 praying that the non-bailable warrant issued against the respondent nos.7 to 12 be recalled. Similarly, Civil Application No. (C.A.N.) No.120/2015 praying for cancellation of non-bailable warrant is filed on behalf of the respondent nos.2, 3 and 5.

The Civil Applications (C.A.N.) Nos.121/2015, 122/2015, 123/2015 and 124/2015 are filed praying for grant of exemption from

2 can119.15 personal appearance, on behalf of the respondent no.5, respondent no.7, respondent no.8 and respondent no.12 respectively. The respondent nos.2 to 4 are present in the Court and identified by Shri S.P. Kshirsagar advocate.

The respondent nos.9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 are present in the Court and identified by Shri P.S. Patil, advocate. The order directing issuance of non-bailable warrant against the respondent nos.2 to 4, 9, 10, 11, 12 and directing issuance of bailable warrant against respondent nos.13 and 14 is recalled, however, on condition that the respondent nos.2 to 4, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand Only) each with the Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, High Court, Nagpur and produce the receipt on the record of this contempt petition till 3rd December, 2015.

The respondent nos.5, 7, 8 and 12 are not present and applications (C.A.N.) Nos.121/2015, 122/2015, 123/2015 and 124/2015 praying for exemption from personal appearance have been filed on their behalf.

3 can119.15 warrant against them is recalled on condition that the respondent nos.5, 7, 8 and 12 shall deposit Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand Only) each with the Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, High Court, Nagpur and produce the receipt on the record of this contempt petition till 3rd December, 2015.

If the receipts, as directed above, are not produced on the record of this contempt petition, the order passed by this Court on 26th November, shall stand revived against the respondent/respondents who fail to comply the above order. List the petition for further consideration as per the earlier order dated 26th November, 2015 on 5th December, 2015. JUDGE Tambaskar.
