IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR WRIT PETITION NO.4359/2019 Balajee Digambarrao Kotgire.

vs.

M/s. Sipani Automobiles, through its Managing Director and ors. .............................................................................................................................................. Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's order of directions and Registrar's orders ............................................................................................................................................ Petitioner - Inperson.

CORAM : R.K. DESHPANDE & VINAY JOSHI, JJ.

DATED : 19th August, 2019 The petition challenges the order dated 0812-2011 sought to have been passed by the State Consumer Redressal Commission, Circuit Bench at Nagpur in Revision Petition No.RP/11/25, rejecting the application of the petitioner to supply certified copy of the order. The petitioner further seeks direction to the State Consumer Redressal Commission to supply the copy of the order.

We put two specific question to the petitioner appearing in person - (1) Why he should not approach the National Consumer Commission and

(2) Where is the copy of the application filed for getting certified copy of the order.

WP No.4359 of 2019 The petitioner invited our attention to the communication dated 03-02-2018 of the Information Officer, State Consumer Redressal Commission, by which he was informed to file an application for grant of certified copy in accordance with the rules. The petitioner was also informed that the Information Officer has no authority to issue the certified copy of the order.

The order was passed by the State Consumer Redressal Commission on 08-12-2011. The petitioner has failed to satisfy us on the question of application for issuance of certified copy of the order. We find that the petitioner did not apply for grant of certified copy of the order. It was only the information asked from the Information Officer as to passing of the order on 08-12-2011, which we find, was rightly rejected.

In view of the aforesaid, no case is made out for intervention.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
