The application is for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the recitals of the FIR and the investigation papers from which it reveals that involvement of the present applicant is in economic offence.

Considering the stake of the misappropriation amount, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail in the event of the arrest. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
