Heard Shri V.K. Paliwal, the leaned Advocate for the applicants and Ms. Taiwade, the learned AGP for the non-applicant no.1 and Shri Godbole, the learned Advocate for the non-applicant no.2. For the reasons stated in the application and the fact that it is not opposed by the non-applicants inasmuch as the reply is not filed, the delay in filing the application is condoned. Civil Application is allowed. This is on the condition that the applicants shall pay costs of Rs. 500/- to the learned Advocate for the non-applicant no.2 and Rs. 500/- to the learned AGP representing the non-applicant no.1 and produce receipt on the record of the appeal till 13th February, 2015, failing which this order shall stand recalled and the civil application and the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. FA St. No.22916/2013 The appeal is taken up for admission by consent of the learned Advocates for the respective parties. Admit.
