This application is filed by the legal heirs of deceased Vitthal Paikuji Gawande, who had preferred the appeal for grant of enhanced compensation. However, during pendency of appeal, Vitthal Gawande expired on 29/08/2012. The fact of death of Vitthal Gawande is established from the death certificate filed along with the application as Document No.1 issued by Chandrapur City Municipal Corporation.
