The petitioner who is decree holder seeks expeditious disposal of application below Exh.-33 in Regular Darkhast No.1172/2012. It is the grievance of the petitioner that this application has been preferred by the judgment debtor so as to delay the execution proceedings. We find that the petitioner can make a request to the executing court to decide the application below Exh.-33 expeditiously by making out a case in that regard. If that request is not accepted by the Court, the petitioner would be free to take appropriate steps thereafter. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to make an application before the trial Court for expeditious consideration of Exh.-33, the writ petition is disposed of.
