This petition takes exception to the order dated 10th October, 2024 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil, Senior Division, Nagpur below Exhibit 260 in Special Civil Suit No. 281 of 2012.

By the impugned order, the learned trial Court has allowed the application filed by the respondent no.6, who is defendant no.6 before the trial Court in a suit filed by the petitioner, to carry out the consequential amendment to written statement. 3.

I have perused the order impugned.

The trial Court has allowed the application, as by order dated 20th September, 2022, the petitioner was permitted to amend the plaint. No interference is thus called for in the impugned order. The writ petition is dismissed.
