The petitioner is principally seeking for transfer of the proceeding pending on the file of District Judge-1, Nagpur to the Principal Seat At Mumbai on the count that both matters are required to be heard together having involvement of same issue. 3.

The petitioner ought to have invoked jurisdiction under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure by filing transfer application.
