Heard Shri Mahesh Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Thakare, learned APP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

After a brief hearing of the learned counsel for the petitioner, when he noticed that this Court is not granting any relief, he submits that he has instructions to withdraw the petition in order to exhaust statutory remedy of filing appeal.

Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal within a period of 15 days from today. If the appeal is filed and said appeal is accompanied with application for condonation of delay, the learned appellate authority shall consider the said application in accordance with law in view of pendency of

Interim order granted by this Court on 25.10.2019 shall remain in operation till 26.03.2020. After the said date, interim order shall cease to exists automatically.
