The legal representatives of the petitioner have filed present application to permit them to prosecute the petition because the petitioner has expired on 05.05.2015. 2.

The learned counsel for the legal representatives submits that the legal representatives inquired about the petition on 15.09.2024 and accordingly, present application is filed.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that delay has been not properly explained. 4.

The learned counsel for the legal representatives submits that the earlier advocate did not inform the legal representatives about pendency of the petition. He further submits that one of the legal representatives found the copy of writ petition and accordingly came to this Court and inquired about the

1.wp.4005.11.odt matter when the fact of pendency of the present petition was brought to his knowledge. Accordingly, he contacted earlier advocate, who did not cooperate. Thereafter, the legal representatives have engaged another advocate and accordingly present application is filed.

Thus, the legal representatives have furnished sufficient cause for not bringing the legal representatives on record.

Accordingly, the application is allowed as prayed for. The legal representatives shall implead them as party petitioners in the petition. The petition be amended within seven working days and the amended copy be supplied to the other side.

Application is disposed of.
