The petitioner seeking relief to decide the proposal in respect of sanction of Grant in Aid to the extent of 20% as per Government Resolution dated 19.09.2016. Accordingly, the Management has submitted a letter in the form of proposal to the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad (Secondary), Nagpur dated 29.06.2017. The said letter is not considered yet.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the respondents will consider this proposal in accordance with law. 3.

Therefore, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the letter dated 29.06.2017 issued by the respondent - Employer of the petitioner and decide the said proposal within a period of six weeks from today in accordance with law.

The decision taken on the proposal be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
