Mr. Patil, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that pursuant to a fresh advertisement published in May, 2021, the petitioner has once again applied for appointment as a Notary and in view of the same, the petitioner does not wish to press this writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to pursue the application made by him pursuant to the fresh advertisement.
