The typographical error occurred in the judgment dated 17.10.2024 particularly in para No.6 and 8 be corrected by replacing the figure of amount of "Rs.3200/- per sq.mtr." instead of "Rs.2880/- per sq.mtr."

It is also directed that in para No.6 the words "after deducting 10% depreciation" be deleted. 7.

Correction be carried out in the judgment and corrected copy of judgment be uploaded.
