Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice.

The application is allowed as per prayer clause (a). 5.

The typographical error occurred in the judgment dated 17.10.2024 particularly in para No.6 and 8 be corrected by replacing the figure of amount of "Rs.3200/- per sq.mtr." instead of "Rs.2880/- per sq.mtr." 6.

It is also directed that in para No.6 the words "with 10% depreciation" be replaced by words "and appellants are entitled for compensation".
