This is an application of respondent no. 8 seeking permission for withdrawal of 1/8th share of compensation amount. The initial reference was filed by one Mahadev who is survived by respondent nos. 1 to 8. The amount of compensation which is deposited by the appellant is near about rupees Ten Lakh.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, respondent no. 8 is permitted to withdraw 1/8th share of the compensation amount on furnishing usual undertaking to the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court. Civil Application stands disposed accordingly.
