DATE : 10/06/2022 This is an application seeking restoration of the original revision application which stood dismissed as none appeared on behalf of the applicant on 20/09/2019, due to the fact that the mother of the counsel representing the applicant was hospitalised.

It is also brought on record that the costs of Rs.3000/- have been deposited. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the revision application is restored.
