NOVEMBER 22, 2024 This application has been listed on the ground that the Official Liquidator was directed to take steps and file report. The report was to be filed to release the professional charges of Dr. Anjan De, learned Counsel, who appeared for the Official Liquidator. The report was to be filed in the form of Official Liquidator Report (OLR) or by way of application, but separately and not in the present application.
