In the present matter, a challenge was raised to the First Information Report, however, during the pendency of this application, a charge-sheet came to be filed. 2.

After filing of the charge-sheet, considering the request made by the applicant, the permission to amend the application was granted, by raising a challenge to the charge-sheet. This order was passed in the Month of March-2025. Thereafter, the matter was repeatedly listed before this court, however, no amendment was carried out.

Today, again a time is sought to carry out the amendment. 4.

Considering the fact that despite numerous chances, the applicant failed to amend the application, we are of the opinion that the application be disposed of by granting liberty to the applicant to file afresh, by raising a challenge to the charge-sheet. 5.
