CONTEMPT PETITION NO.176 OF 2018 Since the respondent no.4 has been transferred, the learned counsel for the appellants, seeks time to place his current correct address on record.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAN) NO.108 OF 2019 Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the proposed respondent no.5, is the person, who has aggravated the contempt in as much as he has passed an order dated 05.08.2019, which it is contended is contrary to the earlier order of this Court dated 05.05.2017 in Writ Petition No.3423 of 2008. In that light of the matter, the application for addition of party and amendment is allowed.

(2) 906.CP.176.18 In so far as, the prayer for filing of documents on record is concerned, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the documents have since being filed by the respondent no.3 on record, except Annexure - M the letter dated 05.09.2019. The letter dated 05.09.19 is therefore permitted to be placed on record. Consequent to the adding of respondent no.5, issue simple notice to the respondent no.5, returnable in four weeks. The applicants to serve the respondent no.5 by Hamdast.
