1] While disposing the application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, this Court directed the applicant and non-applicant No.2 to pay Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) towards costs. The applicant / husband has deposited the amount of costs. 2] The non-applicant No.2 / wife has filed this application seeking a weeks time to deposit the amount of costs. The application was filed on 19th October, 2019. None appears for the non-applicant No.2 when the matter is called out. The record does not reflect that the amount of costs is deposited by the non-applicant No.2. The prayer for grant of a weeks time to deposit the amount is rendered infructuous by lapse of time.

4] Issue bailable warrant against the non-applicant No.2 - Leena W/o Vishal Bhambulkar in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) to secure her presence before this Court on 29th November, 2019. JUDGE JUDGE Tambaskar.
