This is an application for suspension of sentence and for grant of bail.

Heard Mr. R. M. Daga learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr. C. A. Lokhande, learned A.P.P. for the State. With their able assistance I have also gone through the record and proceedings of Sessions Trial No.150/2010 decided by the learned District Judge-17 and Assistant Sessions Judge, Nagpur dated 05.03.2012 under which the present applicants stand convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307, 324 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants are challenging the said judgment passed by the District Judge-17 and Assistant Sessions Judge, Nagpur. The imprisonment for the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is imposed for four years each and to pay fine of Rs.2500/- each in default to suffer simple imprisonment for six months.

It appears that the applicants are on bail during the trial and they have not misused the liberty granted to them. Hence, I pass the following order :

i] The judgment and order of conviction convicting the applicants in Sessions Trial No.150/2010 decided by the learned District Judge-17 and Assistant Sessions Judge, Nagpur dated 05.03.2012 shall remain suspended during pendency of the present Revision.

ii] The applicants be released on bail on they executing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- each with on solvent surety each in the like amount.

iii] The applicants are directed to attend the concerned Police Station once in a three months and shall mark their presence during the pendency of the present Revision.

With these observations, the application is allowed and disposed of.
