Learned Advocate for the petitioner on instructions states that by keeping open his contention that the amount of 4,50,000/- paid by the Management was ₹ towards compensation and still amount of 18,000/- is ₹ required to be paid by the Management, he has instructions to withdraw the Contempt Petition.

The Contempt Petition is permitted to withdraw. The Corrected as per Hon'ble Court's order dated 06.03.2023.
