01/11/ The present application is filed for grant of early hearing and also for directions to the Sub-Registrar, Saoner.

The learned Counsel for respondents have no objection if matter is listed for final hearing.

So far as the directions are concerned, there was status-quo order granted by this Court vide order dated 05/04/2015 which was continued vide order dated 10/06/2016 and 29/06/2016 and in order dated 24/04/2017, it was observed as under:

"This appeal is already admitted on

2 6 sa 186-2016 29.06.2016, referring to two substantial questions of law and interim order of directing the parties to maintain status-quo is also passed.

List the appeal for further consideration after summer vacation."

There is no order of vacating statusquo. As such, present status-quo is continued till further order. List the matter for final hearing on 05/12/2023.

The Sub-Registrar Class-I Saoner, Tahsil Saoner, District Nagpur to maintain status as on today in respect of suit property. 6.

The application stands disposed of.
