This is an application for permission for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.1,90,376/- deposited by the petitioners in this Court as per order dated 27.04.2018.

The amount is towards back-wages and there is no dispute that the applicant/respondent has been reinstated in the service. 3.

Thus, considering the fact that the amount of Rs.1,90,376/- is towards back-wages, permission is granted to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioners along with interest, if any, accrued thereon.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
