In pursuance of order dated 07.06.2018, the parties had approached Family Court for grant of divorce by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. Pursuant thereto, by judgment and order dated 19.06.2018, divorce decree by mutual consent has been passed by the Family Court. It is also submitted that the respondent-wife has withdrawn all the complaints and proceedings filed by her against the petitioner and others.

It is evident that the parties have acted upon settlement that they had arrived at and, therefore, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition, except directing that the respondent-wife shall be entitled to withdraw amounts of Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.4,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner towards permanent alimony, in this Court. The respondent-wife shall be entitled to withdraw the said amounts along with interest accrued thereon and further amount of Rs.8,000/- as was directed by this Court.
Writ petition is disposed of.
