Shri Marpakwar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly states that the issue involved in this writ petition was also involved in a bunch of writ petitions bearing Writ Petition Nos.6863 of 2014, 6864 of 2014 and others, and this Court has, by a judgment dated 09.07.2015, dismissed the writ petitions after upholding the order of the Industrial Court.

In view of the statement recorded hereinabove, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 09.07.2015 in Writ Petition Nos.6863 of 2014, 6864 of 2014 and others, this writ petition is also dismissed with no order as to costs. JUDGE APTE
