By these application, the appellants are seeking condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of appeal and restoration of appeal, which was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Considering the no objection given by the respondent and period delay in preferring the application for restoration, the delay stands condoned. It appears that by order dated 29.04.2024 the appeal came to be dismissed for wan of prosecution.

The contention is that inadvertently the counsel for the appellants failed to attend the case on 29.04.2024.

For the reasons mentioned in the application coupled with no objection given by the respondent, the application for restoration is allowed. The appeal is restored to the file. 5.

Both applications stand disposed of.
