This application has been filed before expiry of the period given by this Court as per it's order dated 28/09/2016. Considering the fact that 60% of the decretal amount deposited in this Court, which was allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant, came to be credited to his account only in the first week of January, 2017, I am of the view that this application can be allowed.

The application is allowed. Further two weeks' time is granted for paying the deficit court fees. The application is disposed of accordingly.
