Pursis has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 4 stating therein that steps have been taken to comply with Prayer Clauses (b) and (e) in the writ petition. Similarly, the 7/12 extracts which pertained to the relevant mutation entries in terms of Prayer Clauses (a) and (f) have been corrected. In view of aforesaid, it is not necessary to keep present proceedings pending. The corrected 7/12 extracts be supplied to the petitioners in accordance with law.
