This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal. The appellant - Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation intends to file the appeal. However, it is barred by limitation by 72 days and therefore, the present application is filed. On this application this Court (Coram : Anuja Prabhudesai, J.) on 23/02/2021 issued notice. However, as on today, no reply is filed.
