The present criminal application is for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant to some extent a case is made out against the present applicant in regard to human trafficking. The guidelines are issued in Criminal Public Interest Litigation No.4/2015 decided on 30.10.2015. The criteria which are to be considered while releasing the accused - applicant on bail in a case of human trafficking, after going through the said guidelines, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Rawlani seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh after six months if there is no progress in the trial.
