The present application is for grant of bail filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application, if there is no substantial progress in the trial within six months. He further submitted that since 31/05/2021, the applicant is behind bar, and there is no progress in the trial.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned trial Court shall expedite the trial and the applicant is at liberty to rkn
