There are clear and distinct allegations against the applicant who is fully responsible for the commission of suicide by deceased Aarti. The applicant was having sexual relations with her and also torturing her by assaulting her physically and was troubling her mentally. He was interested to continue with sexual relationships with her without marriage and used to threaten the girl. Not only that the applicant also threatened the parents of the girl with life. The girl was under tremendous mental pressure and ultimately committed suicide. The argument that the FIR was lodged by the informant after four days must be rejected as the FIR itself gives an explanation that the complainant was under shock and thereafter lodged the report. The applicant is

aba640.15 fully responsible for the offence in question and cannot be allowed to have the benefit of anticipatory bail having. Hence, I make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.640/2015 is rejected.
