DATED : SEPTEMBER 24, 2019.

Heard.

The petitioner has sought direction to register F.I.R. against the respondent on the allegation that the respondent, though received full amount of consideration, possession of the property has not been handed over to the petitioner.

Instead of taking recourse to the other remedies available under law, the petitioner has directly approached this Court. Therefore, we are not inclined to consider this petition, at this stage.

Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. The petitioner may avail appropriate remedy as may be available in law, if so advised.

JUDGE JUDGE RRaut..
