Considering the limited prayer made, Rule is made returnable forthwith. Shri A.S. Fulzele, learned Additional Government Pleader, waives service of notice for the respondents.

The tribe claim of the petitioners as belonging to ' Raj Scheduled Tribe' is pending with the Scrutiny Committee. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that various blood relatives have been issued validity certificates pursuant to the decisions of this Court. It is therefore prayed that the direction be issued to the Scrutiny Committee to issue validity certificates to the petitioners.

Shri A.S. Fulzele, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that a fresh report of the Vigilance Cell has been obtained and within a short period, the claim of the petitioners will be decided on merits. 4.
Considering the fact that the petitioners are pursuing education and that various blood relatives have been issued validity certificates, it is directed that the Scrutiny Committee shall within a period of four months from today decide the claim of the petitioners for grant of validity certificates. While doing so, the Scrutiny Committee shall take into consideration the decisions rendered in the case of blood relatives of the petitioners, including their father. The petitioners shall co-operative with the expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petitions stand disposed of. Rule accordingly. No costs.
