Dharmadhikari, learned Advocate for the petitioner states that inspite of the directions given by the authorities under the Right to Information Act, the complete information as sought by the petitioner has not been supplied.

Considering the fact that there is a dispute as to whether entire information as sought by the petitioner has been supplied or not, in my view, it would not be appropriate to delve into the disputed facts. The petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in the matter with his grievance. It would be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for his grievance as per paragraph 4 of the order dated
