This is an application made by respondent Nos.1 & 2 for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant in reference Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are allowed to withdraw 50 % of the amount subject to furnishing usual undertaking before reference Court to the effect that in case the appeal is decided against the respondents, then respondent Nos.1 and

2 36.caf.3366.2023 2 will return the entire amount at the rate that will be determined by the Court. The remaining 25% of amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the reference Court.

The power of attorney- Babitai Babanrao Gawande is permitted to withdraw the amount on behalf of respondents/claimants.

The Civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
