By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order, dated 25/03/2015 by which the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati was directed to decide the appeal within a period of three months. Shri S. M. Ghodeswar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No.4 and Shri S. M. Ukey, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, state on instructions that the Divisional Commissioner has now decided the matter. It is stated that the delay in deciding the matter was not intentional. In view of the statements recorded herein above, it would not be proper to proceed with the contempt proceedings any longer. The contempt petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
