By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by appellant- Insurance Company along with interest accrued thereupon through the legal representatives of respondent No.1.

In view of the averments in the application, particularly in paragraph Nos.6 and 7, which are not controverted in the matter, the application is allowed. 3.
The legal representatives of respondent No.1 are permitted to withdraw the amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Registry.
