The petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/- in this Court.

Both the learned counsel state, on instructions, that if the respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs.25,000/- the petition can be disposed of as withdrawn in view of the amicable settlement of the dispute.

The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the petitioner in this Court.

The registry shall not insist on any security. Since the dispute is settled, the petition is disposed of as such.

Needless to say the respondent shall withdraw the execution proceedings and/or any other proceedings touching the subject-matter of the petition.
