HAQ, J.

DATE : 29.1.2016 Heard Shri R.G. Somkuwar, advocate for the petitioner/wife.

The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the trial Court rejecting the application (Exh. No.38) filed by the petitioner/wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The learned trial Judge has recorded that the application is moved when the final arguments are going on. The impugned order does not suffer from any irregularity or illegality. I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

JUDGE Tambaskar.
