This is an Application for speaking to the minutes and for clarification of the judgment and order dated 21.06.2018. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 3.

Learned Advocate for the appellants/applicants submits that the judgment and order of this Court is interpreted in such a manner that this Court has confirmed the jail sentence as well. Therefore he submitted that after the words the modification, the word "in sentence" is to be mentioned in the operative order column no.(2) of the said judgment.

The learned APP does not dispute the said position. 5.

In view thereof, the following modification is made in the operative order in column no.(2) as after the words the modification the

words " in sentence" is to be mentioned. The sentence is to be read as under :

" However the modification in sentence is to the extent that the accused persons are directed to pay a fine of Rs.1,000 each."

With this clarification, the Criminal Application stands disposed of. Steno copy allowed.
