Shri V.A. Thakare, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has stated that the trial has commenced and two witnesses are examined.

In view of this development, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to reiterate the request if trial is not concluded within two months.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Sessions Court shall conclude and dispose the trial till 30th November, 2017.

If the trial is not concluded till 30th November, 2017 the applicant will be at liberty to file application again. CRI.APPLN.(APPP) NOS. 1602/16 & 1603/16.

In view of dismissal of the bail application, the applications seeking time to file certified copies of the documents and affidavit of the relative do not survive, hence, both the applications are disposed of.
