The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.146/2025 registered with Police Station Shegaon, District Chandrapur for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 3(5) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The allegations made against this applicant are that the applicant along with other co-accused assaulted the mother of the informant and some other persons with wooden stick.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that on 26.09.2025, the applicant is protected by granting interim protection. He is attending the Police Station as per conditions imposed in the said order. 5.

The learned A.P.P. conceded that the applicant is attending the Police Station. The wooden stick is recovered.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant and as the applicant has complied with the conditions imposed while granting interim protection, the interim protection granted on 26.09.2025 is confirmed on

2 11.aba.732.25 the same terms and conditions.
